The Competition 740 Table Tennis Table by Cornilleau is an ITTF (International Table Tennis Federation) approved table and is used in many tournaments. This table is Cornilleaus flagship model and is designed for intensive play in all locations. It comes with a 3 year warranty on all parts. The 740 is available in either a Blue/Grey or Green finish. The green finish has a lead time of 4-6 weeks.

This table not only provides an exceptional game but it is also built to last. It weighs a substantial 119kg and has a 70mm thick steel table frame. The legs are made from 120mm x 60mm steel and the playing surface is produced from high density 25 mm chipboard. This is easily the most robust indoor table that Cornilleau produce. 

It is packed with many great features as you would expect from such a superb model. It has the popular playback facility, which allows players to practice on their own. It also has ITTF net posts and net. The net can also be adjusted for optimal height and tension. The playing surface has ‘Skil Top’ technology, which provides a consistent and regular bounce and guarantees a long lasting playing surface. This table is a full size model and meets the ITTF required playing size of 274 x 152.5 x 76 cm.

The 740 model uses Cornilleau’s patented DSI (Double Security Integrated) locking system. This provides maximum safety and provides 16 locking points on the table. There are 8 locks whilst in play and 8 whilst in storage. It also has the ‘Compact Technology’ system. This guarantees easy, safe and minimal movement when the table is being stored. 

The 740 comes complete with adjustable feet. This will ensure a flat game on all surfaces. The feet also have 135mm diameter pads on them. The table comes with large wheels for ease of movement. They are 125mm diameter and all have a braking system. This table conforms to EN safety rules on High Competition products. The storage dimensions are 183 x 65 x 158 cm.

Cornilleau Table Tennis Delivery:

Cornilleau Table Tennis Tables are normally delivered within 5-10 working days subject to stock availability. The delivery procedure for these products is carried out by CRT-S and is as follows:

Delivery Process:

Once a delivery date has been planned, you will be contacted by the transport company to book this in. Please provide us with a mobile number if possible.  The delivery can be postponed without charge until 12 noon on the working day prior to delivery. Delivery is between 7am and 7pm unless we have been given business hours.

Delivery is to room of choice but ground floor only unless a suitable lift is available.

If assembly forms part of the order, this will be carried out at the time of delivery. However, if it is raining when the crew arrive, the customer will need to provide suitable cover to enable the assembly to take place. If this cannot be achieved, then the crew will deliver only.

If the crew arrives at the customer’s premises but there is no-one at home, all possible efforts will be made to contact the customer.  We will take a decision on a case-by-case basis to leave the table safe at the property.

If not possible then a further charge to re-deliver on another day will apply.
