WE ARE OPEN FOR BUSINESS  

We are aware there is a great deal of concern and uncertainty about the impact of the Coronavirus on businesses and want to share with you our current position.

Please bear in mind all of the following is subject to no further restrictions by the Government.

We are open for business and can be contacted on 0345 226 5758 or by email from our contact details. Our Showroom however is closed.

Pool Tables

The good news is that all of our pool table manufacturers are still open and producing although some lead times have been extended due to a continued backlog of orders. 

Any pool table deliveries that were recently scheduled for delivery will be first in line for supply as soon as we can collect from the factories. Lead times are clearly stated on the website product pages and of course we do have some fast delivery tables to certain parts of the country

A number of new customers are ordering in advance as many schools will not re-open for a while and with families needing some entertainment, games tables are a great form of indoor and outdoor fun. To ensure a timely delivery of a pool table and a place in the queue - order soon

For new pool table customers please order product if you are prepared to wait for the lead times shown on each product page. 

For existing pool table customers we remain committed to your order from the manufacturer and will supply as soon as possible. Please bear with us as we are prioritising orders by date and we will get to you as quickly as we can. We will keep you informed of progress by email

Spares and accessories will be despatched on the same day if orders are received by 2.30pm subject to stock. Some deliveries may be made in 48hours rather than 24hours given the circumstances.

Table Tennis and Football Tables

Freeplay and Coin Operated Football Table supply is still going ahead.

Our Table Tennis Tables have limited stocks so please check website product pages.

Spares, Pool Accessories, Garden Games and Football Nets and Goals

Spares and accessories will be despatched on the same day if orders are received by 2.30pm subject to stock. Some deliveries may be made in 48 hours rather than 24hours given the circumstances.

We can get your smaller orders to you quickly.

Please be assured that we are taking all the precautions necessary and following Government guidelines to ensure the protection of our delivery crews and customers. As per the Government guidelines tradesmen can still enter your property provided all neccessary Covid precautions have been taken

URGENT ANNOUNCEMENT - Office Closed from Saturday 1st August to 9am Monday 10th August

Our offices are closed between Saturday 1^st August until 9am Monday 10^th August. We will respond to all emails on info@homegames.co.uk within 24 hours. If your query is urgent please leave a message on 0345 226 5758 and we will call you back as soon as possible. 

Please be aware that we will also not be sending out any accessory orders or having any collections from 2pm Friday 31st July until Monday 10th August as we are doing a belated year end stocktake and some warehouse changes.

Any spares orders placed during the closure will be despatched on Monday 10th August

The lockdown delayed our usual annual stocktake and it is important we carry it out to ensure we have the correct stock levels to continue to give a good service. We are also re-organising our warehouse which will mean a few days of internal disruption.

Normal service will resume at 9am Monday the 10^th August. We apologise for any inconvenience and thanks you for your co-operation and continued support.

Deliveries of larger items such as pool tables and table tennis tables etc. are unaffected.
