Delivery Details

This product will be delivered by a one man courier service. We require a mobile phone number when ordering as the courier will send a text message with a unique consignment number to your phone. The customer will then be required to call the courier company to book in a convenient delivery date and time.

Delivery takes place Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm. A more accurate time will be provided once your delivery has been booked in. Delivery should be carried out within 3-7 days once the delivery is booked in.

These products will be delivered to ground floor level only. They will be left in a room of your choice but the service does not include upstairs or downstairs delivery or installation.

An adult must be present to sign for the delivery. We would ask that the packaging is inspected upon delivery for any signs of damage. In the unlikely event of damage we would advise to reject the goods and ask for them to be returned. A signature of the person accepting the goods is proof of a successful delivery and that you are satisfied with the condition of the goods.

All our products come with free delivery to most areas of the UK mainland. However, a delivery surcharge would apply to more remote locations as well as highlands, Islands, and Ireland. Please contact us for price details if this applies to you.
