Delivery & Returns

Pool Table, Air Hockey and Juke Box Delivery

We deliver Pool Tables, Air Hockey, Video Games, Juke Boxes and accessories and other games room products throughout the UK.

UK equipment deliveries are carried out exclusively by our two man teams which gives us flexibility on delivery and timings. A wide range of spares such as cues, balls and covers are also delivered by next day courier and by post with Royal Mail. 

England and Wales

Free Delivery – We will deliver your equipment to a ground floor room of your choice in Mainland England or Wales – absolutely free. (Not including Cornwall and Islands)

We do however strongly recommend that you take up the offer of our professional Installation service at the extra cost stated on the website which includes full installation, product positioning, levelling, after sales care instruction and in some cases a bonus pack of extra accessories.

Slate bed pool tables and Air Hockey tables can weigh up to 250 kgs (550lbs) and moving and handling them takes knowledge and expertise. Our two man team of professional fitters can take away the strain, worry and hard work and leave your table perfect and ready to play. Football tables and Table Tennis tables are easier to assemble but installation is available if required (see below).

Basement and first floor delivery and installations incur an extra cost of £65 inc vat. Extra floors are subject to a further surcharge

Cornwall, Scotland and the Highlands

For delivery and Installation costs for Northern Scotland (North of Glasgow and Edinburgh) and the Highlands as well as Cornwall please contact for applicable charges. These charges reflect the extra mileage incurred and potential overnight stay costs. The full installation package outlined above applies. First floor and basement installation costs are charged extra as above. 

Delivery Time

Depending on area and product most large equipment products can be delivered within a 1-8 weeks time span. Each individual equipment product listing has a more accurate lead-time in the delivery section. Spares and accessories are usually delivered next day or 48 hour delivery depending on stock availability and delivery region

Garlando Football Table and Cornilleau Table Tennis Table Delivery

Cornilleau Table Tennis Tables and Garlando Freeplay Football Tables are normally delivered within 5 - 10 working days subject to stock availability. Coin Operated tables within 21 working days. The delivery procedure for these products is carried out as follows:

Cornilleau and Garlando Delivery Process

Once your order reaches the system, you will receive a ‘welcome’ email and/or text. When delivery has been planned, you will be offered both a date and 3 hour time slot for delivery.  You can then accept or reject the date and time offered.  If accepted then you will receive a further message confirming that the delivery has been booked.

If you reject the date/time offered, you will be offered the option of the table being left safe at the property or with a neighbour.  If you reject this option also, or if you do not respond at all, then the order will go back into the planning stage with a new date/time offered when available.  This will mean that delivery is delayed and may not be completed within 5-10 working days.

 Once the vehicle has been loaded, you will receive a reminder of the date/time together with a link enabling you to track the order online.  Once this message has been sent, it is no longer possible to amend the delivery date without charge.

The crew will only leave the table without a signature if they have had prior instruction from you to do so. If the delivery team arrive at your premises in the pre-agreed slot but there is no-one at home, all possible efforts will be made to contact you.  If you cannot be reached and the crew have not received an instruction to leave the table safe then this will constitute a failed delivery and we will be invoiced by the carrier for the delivery (and assembly if applicable).  The crew will take photos of the property to confirm they were at the correct address and if they have left the table safe, they will photograph this too. A failed delivery within the parameters set out above will result in a further charge for delivery/installation.

If assembly has been included as part of the order then you must provide a dry (covered) location in case the weather is inclement during the assembly.

Assembly can only be carried out if onsite parking is made available for a transit style van for at least an hour.

All goods and services supplied are subject to our standard terms and conditions of contract, a copy of which is available upon request.  These Terms apply to the Contract to the exclusion of any other terms that the customer seeks to impose or incorporate, or which are implied by trade, custom, practice or course of dealing.

Returns

2.1. Goods ordered from our website should arrive with you in a timely fashion and should be of satisfactory condition, as described and fit for purpose. All goods are subject to availability. Occasionally if we are out of stock of a spares item we will inform you and in some cases supply you with an equivalent item at no extra cost. Pool Tables and other large amusement machines are made to order and supplied individually by our manufacturers and can take on average 2/8 weeks to supply whereas in-stock spares items are normally supplied within 2/3 days or earlier.

2.2. Orders can be cancelled in writing prior to despatch however we shall not be bound to accept an order cancellation if we have ordered a bespoke product such as a pool table or branded cloth on your behalf. We will consider each request on its merits.

2.3. (Subject to paragraph 2.2) You can cancel your order within 7 days of receipt of the goods (commencing on the day after receipt ) provided written confirmation of your intention to return the goods has been received by us and the return mutually agreed . Goods should be returned to us within 14 days of any such agreement. We will refund the original amount of the goods in full within 30 days of receipt at our premises provided they are received back in the original packing and undamaged. The cost of returning goods that are undamaged fit for purpose, of satisfactory quality and as described shall be borne by the buyer. We reserve the right to reject your claim for a refund if the returned goods arrive back damaged or have been altered or used in any way.

2.4. Cancellation and return will not apply if goods as bespoke and made to order. These items are non refundable. Your statutory rights do however apply if the goods are received in faulty condition. See paragraph 2.5

2.5. All goods must be checked on arrival and any faults or defects must be reported to us in writing within 7 days of the date of receipt. All reports of faulty or damaged goods with genuine defects will be rectified or exchanged at the cost of the seller.
